Frequently asked questions

Do we need to film anything new?

Localizing your existing content needs no new shoots. We work with the YouTube videos, Shorts, blog posts and pages you already have. When new filming helps, such as FAQ videos of your doctor answering foreign patients’ top questions, we plan and shoot it with you.

Which languages do you cover?

English, Japanese and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) are the most requested, and we also cover Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese or any language your patients speak. We choose target countries together based on your specialty and patient data.

We already have a marketing agency.

Keep them. We take the Korean content your agency produces and extend it into foreign markets, so our work doesn’t overlap with theirs.

Is the AI dubbing in the doctor’s own voice?

Yes, and only with the doctor’s explicit consent. If you’d rather not, we use native subtitles and keep the doctor’s face and original voice as they are.

Do you build websites too?

Yes. A new clinic website or English, Japanese and Chinese versions of your current one, with procedure pages, doctor profiles, price guides, how-to-book-from-abroad and aftercare pages, and LINE, WeChat, WhatsApp and KakaoTalk inquiry buttons.

Is foreign-language medical content legal?

Clinics registered to attract foreign patients can run content aimed at international audiences, but the same advertising standards apply. We plan around prohibited content and prepare pre-review materials where required.

We’re not registered for foreign patients yet.

Registration comes first. You can check your status on the Medical Korea foreign patient information system.

Who responds to patient inquiries?

Your clinic does. We design the channels and paths so inquiries reach you easily.

Who owns the channels and content?

Your clinic owns every account and every video, including after our contract ends.

How do you measure results?

By foreign inquiries, not views. Each month you get reach by language, inquiries by route, which videos and pages produced them, and cost per foreign inquiry.

Is there a minimum term?

Channels take time to grow, so we recommend three-month terms.
